It's 1/2 kg of white chanay.
Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.

It's 1 tsp of zeera.
Prepare 3,4 of green chilli.

Prepare 3 of tomato chopped.
It's 1 of large onion slices.
Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger julienne.
It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
You need 1 tsp of mix garam masala powder.
Prepare 1 tsp of crush black pepper.
It's 2 tsp of meetha soda.
You need 3/4 cup oil+ 3 tb of desi ghee.

Yakhni chanay with cream step by step

First of all make a yakhni of motton polao (I have given already in beef/ motton polao)..
Now soak the chanay overnight,next day drain the water add 2 teaspoon of meetha soda for 10 to 15 minutes..
Next heat the pan add oil / ghee add onions and ginger garlic paste sauté it then add zeera and green chilli with tomato mix it well..
Now add chanay and cook it with spoon 🥄 then add yogurt and continuely stir it well..
Add 2 cups of mutton yakhni and cook it until it becomes tender completely..
After 30 minutes check the chanay if it’s tender than cream, Coriander, julienne ginger and garnishing with cream..
A yummy and rich taste yakhni chanay with cream is ready to serve with kulcha/ naan, enjoy it..
