Add butter and sugar to the crumbled kitkat and mix well..
Place it in a tray to serve and let it set till firm.
Cream cheese ice cream.
Combine the heavy cream (cold) and beat it till its stiff firm..
Lower the speed and add condensed milk and vanilla extract into the heavy cream..
Beat it again till the mixture is stiff..
Add cream cheese and blend it to get the thick texture..
Pour it on the existing base layer that is made..
Let it set overnight.
Caramel:.
Place sugar in a pan and let it boil till it reaches brown and sugar melts. Make sure it does not burn.
Once brown add butter. This will create bubbles..
After 2 minutes add heavy cream and pinch of salt..
Allow it to cool and pour it on the ice cream.
Fudge:.
In a bowl add semi chocolate chip and condensed,milk..
Microwave it for a minute till melted.
Add vanilla extract and pinch of salt and mix it well..
Place it in a tray and let it set for 3 hours..
