1. In a pot boil water,add salt and spaghettis and cook uncovered for 12-15 minutes then strain and rinse with tap water and set aside.
2. Baisan curry: In blender add baisan,Yogurt, green chillies, zeera, haldi, dhaniya powder, garlic paste and blend until well combine.
3. In a pot, heat oil add curry leaves and button mirch.. Stir and fry fir 2 minutes then add grinded baisan mixture and water, mix well and bring it to boil...
4. Cook on low flame until it thickens (40 minutes) and set aside.
5. Beef curry:In a pot heat oil, add sliced onion and fry until golden brown then add boneless beef and ginger garlic paste...
6. Add chopped tomatoes and bhonofy it.. Then add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, zeera, dhaniya powder, green chilli paste, Yogurt..add garam masala powder.. Mix it well..
7. Add 2 glass of water.. Cover & cook until meat tender And oil comes on top.. Keep it aside.
8. Assembling : in a serving dish add boiled speghetti, baisan curry, beef curry, fresh coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, twitch and serve.
