It's 1 cup of exe APF.
It's 1 cup of jogoo sifted maize meal flour.
Prepare 1 cup of milk.
You need 0.5 cup of oil.
Prepare 4 of eggs.
You need 2 tbspn of baking powder.

Grease your baking tin and dust with APF. Pre-Heat your oven to 180°c. Whisk eggs and milk together, till fluffy. Add milk and oil and whisk for another two minutes.
Mix exe APF with the baking powder and sieve in the bowl with the jogoo maize meal flour and mix them. Add to the above mixture and continue whisking till it incorporates well..
Now pour the batter in your already prepared baking tin. And bake for 45 to 60 minutes. I liked the aroma of it, it was like the one of the well cooked poridge aroma which filled the whole house, making my totos to keep checking on the timer🤣. I used the mawe tatu-sand oven since I wanted it to cook slowly and well..
Remove from the oven, and let the cake rest in the baking tin for ten minutes then transfer it to the cooling rack. (See the bottom of it in the first picture, the top in the second picture.).
