- Toasted rye bread.
- Microwave poached egg. For 45 seconds..
- Add on anything on it.
I don't hate it but it's not my favourite. Cover with a lid and allow to cook until done to your preference. In the meanwhile, toast the bread and smash the avo and season with lemon juice, salt. Poached Eggs - swap the sunny side egg for poached and top with microgreens. Ezekiel bread toasted, some harissa on top of that then mashed avocado with a bit of sundried tomatoes in it, then a poached egg on top and a bit of goat cheese, delicious.
